Farming and agriculture is an important aspect of East End as we hold the largest undeveloped land mass as a district. This affords our land owners the opportunity to further develop our farming to provide produce locally.
As your elected representative I will:
- Work with the elected government to deliver on its promise to lease land to East End farmers to develop.
- Work with government to have a facility established whereby farmers can get small loans to develop their lands.
- Work with government to establish better practices for aiding farmers with care of and increasing their livestock.
- Work with the agriculture department on forming better relations with East End farmers.
