Many East End residents have time sensitive activities such as work, medical appointments and personal errands that require them to travel to the country’s Capital. If these residents do not have personal transportation they rely heavily on public transportation to get them to George Town. East Enders also has one of the longest travel times by public transport, with the district being one of the furthest away from the capital. The unreliability of the public transport busing schedule, coupled with the length of time it takes to get to George Town and traffic, can easily take away from resident’s time and productivity.

- Ensure the government, relevant ministries and appropriate departments address this issue immediately.
